Corona Virus Update
We hope you are all fine! We ship all our items as usual but some carriers may take longer than usual (outside of Europe). We have decided to extend our return/exchange policy to 30 days!

We ship worldwide, in case your country is not available in the check out menu, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We work with various shipping services to make sure you receive your new LEON NORD items as quickly as possible - shipments in Germany should arrive within 2-4 days, shipments to the Rest of the EU take 5-10 days.

Please note that there may be import customs or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside EU. Any customs fees incurred on international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. LEON NORD has no control over the customs charges or exchange rates.

EXCHANGE ITEM(S) FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR ITEM (S)
In case you want to exchange your purchased item(s) with a different size then please get in touch and we will make sure that you receive the correct size as soon as possible. We will need some information from you to make sure the process is smooth. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Meaning Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
In case you want to exchange the item(s) with something else from our store we are happy to replace them. In both cases shipping is covered by us (keep in mind we are a small startup :-)) and it is best if you reach out via email@example.com. We are happy to offer to pay for the shipping costs of one exchange per customer. If a second exchange is needed, we kindly ask the customer to cover the costs of shipping the item back to us.
EXCHANGES FALLING UNDER WARRANTY (if applicable)
We only replace items if they were delivered defective. Sometimes manufacturing issues cannot be seen until an item is worn. If you notice a manufacturing issue, please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to work out a solution. You are also welcome to send us a message via facebook messenger and give us some details including relevant photos. For items that have been deemed faulty via our warranty, we will provide the necessary shipping labels upon request. Depending on where you are shipping from, the time may vary to complete the returns process.RETURNS
Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase. We do offer returns!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Meaning Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 30 days after receiving your package. Once you have received your item, please check it and make sure it’s the right one.
To complete your return, please write us an email to email@example.com explaining why you wish to return it. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Leon Nord ApS and any charges that may occur. We are of course happy to recommend a shipping service to you.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. After approval, your refund will be processed and your original method of payment will be credited with the amount as soon as possible (banks can be slow so bear with us).
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank service provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We recommend you use a trackable shipping service (incl. shipping insurance) in case of a return where shipping charges are not covered by us. We want to make sure your return arrives safely and this can only be ensured by using a shipping service including tracking and insurance.
